John has over 15 years of combined Sales and Sales Management experience. He is a firm believer in relational selling versus a transactional method and during his tenure as a sales leader, has worked in parallel with Marketing and Business Development teams to help drive opportunities to sellers. John has a passion for operational excellence and continues to iteratively improve Salient's Lead to Revenue process. John firmly believes that efficient and effective processes and strong relationships are the keys to a successful sales and marketing team.
